Cancellation Policy

Booking Window: All appointments must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Same‑day and next‑day appointments are not available. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment. Reschedule requests made within 72 hours are considered late and may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours forfeit the non‑refundable deposit and may incur an additional 10% late cancellation fee automatically charged by the booking system. No‑Show Policy: Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 100% of the service total. Deposit Policy: A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final balance and are non‑transferable and non‑refundable under all circumstances, including late cancellations and no‑shows. Card on File: A valid card is required to book. This card may be charged for late cancellation fees, no‑show fees, or remaining balances.
