General Policy: We maintain a strict All Sales Final policy on most products due to custom, made-to-order, and intimate bridal standards. By purchasing, customers agree to all listed terms. 2. Final Sale Items: Gowns, bridesmaid dresses, special/pre-orders, accessories, beauty, custom, and digital items are non-returnable. 3. Shoes: Exchange within 7 days if unworn; no refunds. 4. Damages: Notify us within 48 hours for replacement. 5. Cancellations: Not accepted once processing begins. 6. Shipping: We are not responsible for delays or losses. 7. Pickup: 14-day window. 8. Alterations: Not included. 9. Digital: All sales are final.
Return & Exchange Process
