Payment & Financing Policy

Sweet Pair Bridal accepts full payment at checkout through all major cards and approved installment providers, including Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, and PayPal Pay Later. All payments are non‑refundable. Because wedding gowns and special‑order items begin production immediately, payment cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded once the order is placed.

Customers using Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, or PayPal Pay Later agree to the terms, approvals, and repayment schedules set by their chosen provider. Sweet Pair Bridal does not manage, adjust, pause, or cancel installment plans. Any questions regarding payment schedules, approvals, or declines must be directed to the customer’s financing provider.

Production Time

All Sweet Pair Bridal gowns are made‑to‑order. Standard production timelines vary by designer and typically range from 16–20 weeks depending on the gown, season, and designer capacity.

Rush Production

Rush production may be available for an additional fee and is offered through our Rush Production + Shipping checkout option. Rush timelines vary by designer and may shorten your production window to approximately:

- 16–18 weeks

- 14–16 weeks

- As little as 11–14 weeks (based on designer approval and current capacity)

Rush availability is not guaranteed and may change based on the designer’s workload.

Shipping Timeline

Shipping begins after production is complete and your gown has passed final inspection.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via FedEx.

Signature is required at delivery.

Alterations are not included with the purchase of any gown. All bridal gowns require alterations for proper fit. Customers are responsible for selecting their size and arranging alterations with a qualified seamstress.

- Alteration fees are separate and non‑refundable

- Prices vary based on the work required

- Additional fittings may be necessary

- Sweet Pair Bridal is not responsible for weight changes, pregnancy, or fit issues resulting from body fluctuations

- Once alterations begin, the gown cannot be returned to its original condition

- All alteration work must be paid in full before the gown is released

- Missed or rescheduled fittings may delay completion

- Rush alteration fees may apply for short timelines

Sweet Pair Bridal is not responsible for dissatisfaction with fit due to changes in measurements after the initial fitting.

Special Order Policy

All Sweet Pair Bridal wedding gowns are special-order items. All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it is submitted to production immediately. Our designers issue credit only, not cash refunds, therefore Sweet Pair Bridal cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for selecting their size. Alterations are expected and not included.

All sales at Sweet Pair Bridal are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any bridal gowns, special‑order items, accessories, jewelry, beauty products, pre‑orders, or digital products. Because our designers issue credit only (not cash refunds), Sweet Pair Bridal cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.

Shoes may be exchanged within 7 days only if unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. All other items are final sale.

Sweet Pair Bridal is not responsible for damages occurring after pickup or delivery, including issues caused by improper handling, storage, or third‑party alterations. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately and cannot be reversed.

Sweet Pair Bridal ships wedding gowns, accessories, beauty products, and digital items throughout the United States. Shipping fees are calculated based on the product type and delivery profile assigned to each item.

Wedding Gowns

Wedding gowns ship in protective packaging and require a higher shipping tier due to size, weight, and insurance needs. Gowns ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking. Signature may be required. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Accessories & Apparel

Veils, belts, gloves, robes, and similar accessories ship at a lower rate and may be delivered via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Tracking is provided.

Small Items & Beauty Products

Lightweight items such as jewelry, lashes, and beauty products ship at a reduced rate via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Digital Products

Digital items are delivered instantly via email or download link. No physical shipping is required.

General Shipping Terms

Sweet Pair Bridal is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs processing, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships. Insurance may be added upon request.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric dye lots. Fabric textures, lace patterns, and beadwork may vary slightly between samples and final production gowns.
